The service at TC Auto was excellent. They were thorough and let me know all the service options my vehicle needed. The great folks were able to compete everything within the day and also arranged to pick me up from my home to the shop. The courtesy shuttle driver was also very courteous and professional.

TC Auto assisted me yesterday when I had a flat tire and was stranded in the JC Penney parking lot in Corpus Christi. I made a call to them and was told that they do not perform such a service but since I was “a damsel in distress” they would assist me. Kudos and many thanks to them for assisting me in my time of need.

There is no other mechanic shop to go to! I’m sure the culture working here is as impeccable as the customer service they provide! I look for the word certified and it clearly shows these mechanics are the highest/certified mechanics in all of Corpus Christi. God bless TC Auto on fixing a complex issue on my Nissan Rouge, less than 24 hours! Glad to be back on the road STRESS FREE!

At some point, you have to put distrust aside and pray for fairness. I have found my place! Thanks to the care from Rey and the rest of the crew, I had two vehicles worked on. Both were serviced expeditiously and professionally. Our family has found “the shop!”

I am $2000 in debt right now to the dealership because of multiple parts they said I needed and had to replace along with labor because my alternator wouldn’t hold a charge. They replace the pigtail, the alternator like six times (they said it was just trial and error until we got one that works), The battery, the spark plugs, the coil packs and still they couldn’t get it to run so I ended up just pulling it out and taking it to TC instead and they called me within 45 min of it being there saying it was ready. Turns out the dealership just wired the pigs tail incorrectly in the wrong slots and I haven’t had a problem with the car since. I was without my car for a month and a half during this process and got it back same day from TC. I will not be going ANYWHERE other than them from now on these guys are amazing and highly recommend!

I took my Tacoma in because the AC was not working. When I left, the AC was working. Very satisfied. Staff was real nice.

These guys are the best. 100% go beyond to help you. They are a little pricey but well worth the honest, quality work. Definitely check they out.
