UPDATE: Manager reached out to us and said he spoke to the owner of the shop. The owner asked him to go ahead and take care of us. They will be giving us the bulb and replacing it for free. We are waiting on the bulb to be ready to take the vehicle in. We really appreciate the owner taking initiative to make things right for us. If you can see this.. thank you for taking care of us.

My alternator went out on a Sunday morning 23 miles from the middle of nowhere. AAA could only tow to a recommended garage who accepted cars on Sunday and we are forever grateful TC Auto fit the bill. Amazingly professional, honest, detail oriented and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. We live in Austin so coordinating a rental car and dealing with the repair from afar could have been been a huge pain, but everyone at TC Auto treated us like family. Wish I could give them TEN stars for their professionalism and excellence.
