I was the first person to check in. They asked if I was leaving it? I said yes, 11 hours later, yes 11 hours. Was not notified how long the repairs would take, all they did was changed spark plugs and 1 coil. I asked them to check the transmission and they said they woulda free 11 hours they failed to check it. I was told I was “lucky” to get my car back the same day. I wished I would have been more informed of the money I would have to spend. I didn’t ask and they did not volunteer the info. Seems like they robbed me of 1000.00. I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back to this shop. I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!
