They fixed the problem as quickly as possible and we're friendly and curtious the whole time. It has been 2 weeks and problem is still fixed I have a special tool to take the lug nuts off of my vehicle that the mechanic needed to use he accidentally kept it but as soon as he discovered he had it I was contacted and they got it back to me. They even offered to bring it to me if it was an inconvenience to get it.
