I called TC Automotive on a Saturday morning and talked to Luis. He encouraged me to bring in our 2010 Honda that was making "noises." The crew there did a complete diagnostic process, keeping me informed of what they found and cost estimates for repairs. While waiting, though they offered to give me a ride!, I was so impressed by how friendly and respectful they were to every single customer. We did the most urgent work that day, then, I brought the car back in when I could leave it for a day. All the work was completed, their driver picked me up from work, Luis saved me money by applying a coupon, and the car drives so much BETTER.
