The first person I spoke to was Bryan. It was bc he answered the phone in a welcoming, professional manner that I chose TC Auto Service. When I walked in to drop off my vehicle I was acknowledged and greeted which made me feel welcomed and was tended to in a timely manner. I spoke with Laura, she was nice, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my entire visit as well as when she called with updates. I’m glad I chose TC Auto Service.

In a panic without knowing anything about what was wrong I brought my truck in. Immediately there was a warm welcome and friendly faces. That really helped with my anxiety. After the diagnosis on what was wrong, I found out the dealership was going to cover it so I ended up doing the work there. I would absolutely bring my truck back if need be! (Hopefully I won't need to!) Oh and they were so good with my dog who I had with me, they all loved on her ❤️

Water pump locked up. Missing the belt. Thermostat too! Maybe a hose too! Great service. Would definitely recommend this company to who every brakes down in Corpus Christi, TX. They did the repairs in record time. Very responsible people!

I went here for a vehicle inspection because everyone else in town had their "machines down". I didn't even know these guys existed to be honest, but I'm glad I stopped by. They told me there was a 45 minutes wait time, and had me out in less than 30. Friendly people!

This is the place you want to bring your vehicle to especially if you’ve had bad experiences at any other shop or are new in town. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, competitive in pricing, and more importantly, they do the job right. They corrected several mistakes my other mechanic supposedly “fixed,” found an issue the other could not find, and they made sure it was taken care of. Benji and Art communicated with me the entire time and made sure I understood what they were doing. I depend on my car for my livelihood, and I will not take it to another shop again. Thanks, TC!
